It can be challenging to start and maintain a regular mindfulness practice and guided meditation is a great way to begin and commit. Meditation can help us improve our sleep, reduce stress, and help us regulate our emotions My goal is to provide you with the foundation for your own meditation practice, you decide if that happens in one, two, weekly, or monthly recurring sessions.

Please note: Sessions are available in-person, on the phone, or using Zoom/Facetime.  I am happy to travel to your home or office within 35 miles of Walterville Oregon, for in-person sessions outside this area travel fees may apply.
