KC is a warm, results-oriented consultant and award-winning creative who’s passionate about building better communities. With over 20 years of leadership experience, she helps entrepreneurs, executives, and teams leverage strategic planning, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Her career is a testament to bold leadership and a deep understanding of what drives success. Her work experience spans business operations and program management, including a pivotal decade at Mindbody, where she guided teams through the company’s evolution from a startup to public and private ownership. Her experience also includes managing film festivals, developing media driven curriculums, and serving on the Board of Directors for a regional art museum, where she helped secure its future during a time of crisis.

A photographer, painter, and documentary filmmaker, KC brings a unique, artistic perspective to her work. She uses her eye for light and shadow to explore the complexities of humanity, helping her clients find clarity and purpose. By combining empathetic leadership with creative problem-solving, she helps organizations and individuals define their goals and achieve them with confidence.
