KC is a passionate advocate for improving children’s lives through arts, education, and communication. She believes creative play, combined with the Inner Family Systems model, is a powerful tool for healing trauma and fostering positive development. With over 20 years of leadership experience across industries including film, non-profit, and SAAS, she excels at streamlining operations, enhancing profitability, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, KC has built her career on taking risks and leading teams to deliver value. Her work spans strategic planning, program management, and business operations, including a decade at Mindbody, where she led teams through the company’s evolution from startup to public and private ownership. She has also managed film festivals, media-driven curriculums, and consulting projects like the Power of Film Program, which used storytelling to break stereotypes.
During the pandemic, KC served on the Board of Directors for a regional art museum, helping to develop a strategic plan that ensured its survival and success. Known for her warm, results-oriented approach, KC combines creative strategies, empathetic leadership, and strong project management to elevate the human experience and strengthen communities.
