PAST – Mindful Movement – Fridays in June

3-week series - connect your mind, body, and breath.

Strengthen the relationship between your mind and body.  This gentle movement class combines meditation, breathwork, energy balancing (Reiki), and essential oils to help you check in, improve your relationship with your body, and get moving in a way that releases stagnant energy and reduces stress.  No experience needed! Bring your yoga mat, favorite blanket, journal, and anything (everything) that will help you get comfortable.
